Possible fault causes and solutions:
(1) The power control switch is not turned on - check whether the ironing machine is connected to the power correctly. If not, please turn on the power control switch.
(2) Too little water in the water tank - turn off the ironing machine and add water.
(3) The steam pipe is broken - make sure that the steam pipe of the ironing machine is completely untied.
(4) There is no water in the water tank - turn off the ironing machine and add water.
(5) The steam indicator light is not on - after the light is on, turn on the water pump control button, and the water pump can be used after the working light is on.
(6) The water pump working indicator light is not on - press the water pump control button on the handle, and the light is on with steam
(7) Pedal indicator light is not on - check whether the product is correctly connected to the power supply and turn on the pedal power control switch.
(8) Handle work indicator light is not on - press the steam head control button, the light is on and there is steam.
2. Less steam in the ironing machine
Possible fault causes and solutions:
(1) The hanging ironing machine does not regularly clean the filter cotton in the water tank - it should be descaled at least every year or 100 hours in total. If you use hard water from the Navy, you can appropriately increase the cleaning frequency.
(2) Too little water - turn off the power supply of the ironing machine and add water to the water tank.
(3) Too much water - turn off the power supply of the ironing machine and pour out the excess water in the water tank.
3. Water dripping from steam head(hanging ironing machine)
Possible fault causes and solutions:
(1) There is liquefied water in the water pipe - please do not hold the steam pipe horizontally and use the vertical height direction to return the water to the ironing machine.
4. The preheating time is too long(hanging ironing machine)
Possible fault causes and solutions:
(1) The hanging ironing machine is not cleaned regularly and scales are accumulated - the scale shall be removed at least every year or 100 hours in total. If you use hard water, you can appropriately increase the cleaning frequency.
(2) Too much water in the water tank - unplug the power supply of the ironing machine and pour out the excess water in the water tank.
5 the hanging ironing machine does not work at all
Possible fault causes and solutions:
choose power plug - please check whether the power plug of the ironing machine is plugged in properly and then plug it in again.
